The amazing ACME theatre & multimedia studio features moveable set panels for several stage configuration options,
a large stage, many furniture pieces and props, ample
backstage areas including green room and men's & women's
dressing areas, several large video display panels built
into the set and house, video cameras and stage mics for
recording and broadcasting performances, teleprompters, wireless handheld mics,
HD projectors, 12'x20' movie screen, a full stage lighting and sound system,
online ticketing & box office system, and a beautiful lobby
area which opens to the adjoining Amalfi restaurant and bar
- the perfect place for dinner/drinks before or
after the show, including networking receptions, etc. |

The evening time-slot includes 2 to 3 hours for setup and
tech rehearsal before the start of an 8 or 9 PM show/event.
Want to stay later than 10:30? Extend your evening
rental to Midnight for just $95.
DISCOUNTS:
Save 10% when booking two or more days/evenings in the same
week (rental week begins Tues, ends Sun).
Save 5% when booking two or more days/evenings in the same
calendar year.
Discounts apply only to those dates booked and paid
together. Discounts cannot be combined.
INCLUDED ITEMS:
The base rental fee includes use of our lighting/sound/video
systems, a tech person to run our equipment and run cues
during rehearsal and event, and use of our stage furniture
and props (some limitations apply).
VIDEO OPTIONS:
4-Camera Video Recording: On our stationary
(fixed position) HD cameras that cover the stage area from 4
angles. $95 (up to 2 hours).
Follow-Camera: An additional, operated HD camera
for close-ups and following movement on stage, which greatly
improves overall video coverage and results. $95 (up
to 2 hours).
Live Edit: A professional editor cuts among the
various camera angles during your event, and by the end of
your event you have a finished, edited version of your video
in HD digital file format!
$95 (up to 2 hours).
Live Broadcast: One of the special features of
our facility! Let us help you professionally produce
your event as a Live Broadcast online, and your friends &
fans can tune in from anywhere to see it as it happens.
With our multiple cameras, live edit director, and
high-bandwidth stream, your event will look sharp and
impressive to viewers everywhere. $50 (up to 2 hours).
Requires 4-Camera Video ($95) and Live Edit ($95). Follow-Camera recommended
($95).
Save: Add 4-Camera Video, Follow-Camera, Live Edit, and Live
Broadcast for a package discount of just $295 (up to
2 hours).

Ticket Sales & Fees |
|

ACME handles all ticket
sales, both online and at the box office. Our services
include listing your event
online, online ticket sales, and box office staffing for
ticket sales and will-call pickup at the time of your event.
Please note that all tickets for events at ACME must be
offered
only through our ticketing systems, so that we can ensure a
professional and well-coordinated experience for your
audience. We handle the details so you can focus on
your event!
To help cover the costs of ticketing services, including the
credit card processing & ticketing system charges, we deduct
a small fee of 5%* of the base ticket price. The rest of the costs are passed on to ticket
buyers.
Simply select your base ticket price, and we handle
the rest. The advance (online) and door prices are set based on
your base ticket price.

When promoting your event, make sure people know that
advance ticket
prices are discounted, and door ticket prices will be higher.
For example: "Tickets are $10 in advance (online) and $15
at the door." This encourages advance sales.
For an additional fee of $.50 per ticket, you can set
multiple price levels and offer a discount/promotional code
for online sales (discount code cannot be used at the door).
At no cost to you, we provide your guests a drink
discount with each ticket sold, good for $1 off a beverage at the adjoining Amalfi bar.
Beverages are welcome in the theatre (no food please).
After your event, you will receive the net proceeds from
your ticket sales, based on the amounts shown above (less
any outstanding fees).

Availability |

The theatre/production studio is generally available for
afternoon rentals from
1 to 5 pm, full day rentals from
9 am to 5 pm, and for evening rentals from 5:30 pm to Midnight.
Evening events are usually scheduled for start times of 8,
8:30, or 9 pm, to allow for ample setup/tech time before,
and load-out time after. Two shows, screenings, etc.
can be scheduled in one evening as long as enough time is
allowed before, between, and after events. An ACME
staff member will work with you to ensure a successful plan.

Note that while the calendar is a good guide to
availability, occasionally a date/time that appears to be
open may not be available for rentals due to staff
availability or other factors. |

To book a rental, please follow these steps:
1. Check availability of your desired dates and
times on the calendar above.
2. Send an email to rentals(at)acmecomedy.com to
notify us of your desired rental date/time.
3. An ACME staff member will confirm availability, and
email you an online invoice for the rental fee (you'll need
a credit or debit card to pay via google online checkout).
4. Once the fee is paid, we'll add your event to our
rental calendar and contact you to coordinate the details of your
event.
